We provide in-person appointments at our office space in Sale.

We can provide online or phone appointments, if necessary.

We cannot provide court reports, but we can provide support letter.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to bulk bill.

Yes, we are fully covered with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.

Non-binary people, trans-women and cis-women are all welcome.

We take client privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Your information is not shared with anyone, unless required by law.

Some situations which require your information be shared:

  • If there is a serious safety risk to you, child/ren or others.

  • If you require emergency/Ambulance attendance.

  • If information is requested by Child Protection, Police, The Orange Door or a support service acting under the Family Violence Protection Act 2008.

At this stage, there is no limit to the amount of sessions you can access. This may change depending on demand/waitlists.

Yes, professional referrals can be made by completing our referral form and emailing it to info@emergecounsellinggippsland.com.au

No, you don't need to be referred by a worker or doctor. You can self refer by completing our Self Referral form and emailing info@emergecounsellinggippsland.com.au

At this time, we are not providing CBT or DBT.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, if we are unable to fill the time slot.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full session fee.

If you have confirmed your appointment and cancel without 48 hours’ notice, these fees will apply.
